The FreeBee is now available -

We are proud to present the FreeBee , a new concept in indoor and outdoor models- Ultra Low Wing Loading. The shape is loosely based on a classic design of past days, but by clever use of EPP and modern running gear the designers have produced a unique model aircraft.

We find it difficult to select a category for this model and have placed in the trainer/beginners group only because it the easiest plane I have ever flown. The incredibly low wing loading let’s this great model fly slow and there are no nasty vices. Though it is in the trainer group, experienced model flyer would love to fly this model - its just fantastic.

The model can be built and powered in to give the model its character of its own. We have prepared versions of the FreeBee and will offer special complete bundles.

FloatBee- Powered about 50-60 watts, 2 cell 600-800 Lipo, AUW 290-310 gms.-

For optimum indoor performance and outdoors with low wind, very slow airspeed, will manage the odd loop and stall turn. It has been flown as a free flight model with timer with this setup.

BreezeBee – 70-80watts, 2 cell 800-1000 , 3 cell 600-800 AUW about 340-370gms

For indoors and outdoors performance, handle a bit of a breeze, gentle aerobatics, harrier and prop hang near top throttle. The model will need a few simple modifications to the instructions

WildBee –80-100 watts,  3 cell 700-900mah, AUW 360-400gms

A gentle trainer at low rates and throttle - but flick the rates switch and at high throttle it’s the most 3d-able model on rudder and elevator- Loops, bunts, vertical rolls prop hang it will amaze you.

The above versions are available in complete ready to go bundles. The total cost of getting the model in the air is very reasonable.
