staff who are modelers and can offer advice and technical help as well
as staff who process orders and can deal with all matters that are non
technical . We would recommend that you order using the on line order
system where ever possible. On line orders have less problems and
errors and you will also get the status of your orders and tracking
information . If you are concerned about on line payments you can still
order on line and call with payment details.
